This is the fifth site of Halqa Arbab e Zuaq, Islamabad which is a purely literary circle of writers. Its weekly meetings are held in Writer's House of Pakistan Academy of Letters,Pitras Bukhari Road,sector H8/1,Islamabad regularly.It was founded on 23th December 1972. The founder,Mansha Yaad was its first Secretary.
